Sub.: Inviting Interested Students of Inter School/ College competitions 2023-24 in the Youth Convention to be held on Tuesday, 12th March, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Dear Sir/ Madam,
You will be glad to know that the 189th Birth Anniversary of Bhagawan Sri Ramakrishna as per Indian Almanac will be celebrated on Tuesday, 12th March, 2024.
On this holy occasion we are going to conduct a Youth Convention for school students with the purpose of discussing Spiritual Values and Individual Aspirations.
We humbly request you to send interested students who were participated in the National Youth Day Intra/ Inter school/ college competitions conducted by us in 2023-24.

Those who want to participate should fill in the Google form as early as possible. Seats are assigned on the basis of first come first served.

Commemoration of parliament of Religions-Chicago 1893' With Teachers/HoDs of Schools,University

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Your might be aware of Swami Vivekananda’s participation in the World Parliament of Religions held in Chicago on 11 September 1893 and his epoch making speech on Hinduism with its central message of Tolerance and Universal Acceptance. To commemorate the event the Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Muzaffarpur invites School/ College/ University teachers/ directors in half a day program in the Ashrama. Short Meditation, Talks and Discussions on Swami Vivekananda's religious and nationalistic ideas are the special features of this program. All participants of educational institutions will be requested to present their views on Swami Vivekananda’s religious and nationalistic ideas in short. On this occasion National Youth Day Competition 2023-24 for youths will also be declared open.

Hence we very humbly request you to participate in this program with one or two teachers from your school/ college/ university deptts.

We shall be glad to partake Prasad (Lunch) to-gather after completion of the program. Regards,

It is is with great pleasure that all of you are informed that Shrimat Swami Suhitanandji Maharaj, Vice President of Ramakrishna Math and Mission, will land on April 8, 2023 at Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram, Muzaffarpur. On this occasion, on April 9, 2023, he will grace the devotees by giving mantra initiation in the morning. Devotees who want to take Mantra Diksha should come here and meet at the Ashram office (9:00 am - 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm) and receive the form for Mantr Diksha or contact at given office number for further details.

You will be glad to know that Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Muzaffarpur holds initiation ceremony every so often for devotees. In the year 2018 more than a hundred devotees of Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Sitamarhi and West Champaran were initiated with Guru Mantra by Hon’ble Vice President Maharaj of Belur Math (Hqrs). With a great joy I like to inform you that Srimat Swami Girishanandaji Maharaj, the Hon’ble Vice President of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission has kindly given his consent to give initiation to devotees on 30 July, 2022 (Early Morning) at Muzaffarpur.
